Started as a kebab place in 2012 and becoming the first fine dining restaurant of Contemporary Cyprus Cuisine in 2022. Our history allows us to be considered the pionners of Contemporary Cyprus Cuisine, with dozens of food projects in Cyprus and abroad. We specialize on creating set menus, wine pairings from indigenous varieties and or cocktail pairings from local producers.
The seasonality of the ingredients is the most important criterion of local taste and authenticity. It is the factor that, in addition to freshness, largely determines quality. By honoring its important role in Cypriot cuisine every season is a different chapter and a new experience.
